TUESDAYS IN BOROUGHBRIDGE METHODIST HALL from 18:30 - 19:30.
Please arrive at least 10 mins early to get settled in. The entrance is at the back of the church with free street parking available.

This class will also be live-streamed on Zoom. Please select the ONLINE class if you wish to join from home.

To help you move better and feel stronger! Using a variety of techniques, this functional movement class is designed to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance flexibility. Ideal for anyone looking to increase overall body control, regain confidence after illness or injury, or simply return to regular physical activity.

This class follows our monthly themes and specific areas of the body from our weekly Yoga classes which therefore complements your yoga practice each week if you attend other classes. Beginners are welcome to join us, as are experienced movement practitioners, you do not have to have been to a Yoga class to join us, this is about modern bodies and maximising movement. Modifications are always offered and props are helpful.

We create class sequences blending various styles of movement including; Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Somatic, Stretch & Release, Body Conditioning, Meditation, Breath work and Relaxation to bring positive psychology and mindfulness to your life on and off the mat.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Please have a mat, or you can use one of ours for the first week (we provide blocks and a strap). Maybe consider any additional padding for your knees as we are on a hard surface.
- You may wish to have a blanket and eye pillow ready for your final relaxation
- You are able to book in to class up to 2hrs before the start time
- You are able to cancel a class up to 12hrs before the start time. If you cancel within 12hrs then the class fee is payable
- A bank transfer is our preferred payment method

If you have not practiced with Adrianne at Indyoga, we kindly request you complete a Health & Fitness Form and Liability Waiver before attending the class. If you have completed this for any other event, workshop or SUP then you do not need to do again unless anything has changed.
