Garden Yoga in Boroughbridge (option to stay for BYO BBQ)

Jo Stitt has kindly offered to share her garden with us for another 'Garden Yoga’ session at Chatsworth House, Horsefair, Boroughbridge.
Our class will be 60mins, using a single pass at £10 (not from an existing block). No props. No music! Just birdsong, breath, and occasional belly laughs!
Jo and her parents invite you to stay and join them for a BBQ after class. Please bring your own food to cook on the grill, maybe a sharing salad if you feel generous, any bread you need for your grilled food and choice of drink! (whether that be alcohol or non-alcoholic, you decide). You can of course come to the class and not stay for food.
- Bring a mat that you are happy to use on grass
- Bring a warm layer as it chills off when we lay down in relaxation and if you are staying for food.
- You may want to wear suncream, as some of the garden is in shade and some in sun
- Insect repellent is handy as there were a couple of horseflies around last year
- Maybe a blanket to pop under your mat to keep ants at bay
And, there could be some dogs joining in too, very friendly dogs.
