We will be staying back after class for a few BYO Christmas drinks & treats from your own space and meet and chat to others on the call.

You are able to make a booking up to 1 hour before class start time. You are able to cancel a booking up to 3hrs before class start time.

This class will be live-streamed via Zoom. Please download the app and you will be sent an email with a weblink 30 minutes before class starts to log in.

If you have not already practiced with Adrianne, we kindly request you to complete a PARQ Health and Fitness Form and Liability Waiver which will be emailed to you before taking this class. Thank you.
