Description
A deeply relaxing and nourishing Restorative class to celebrate the Winter Solstice. As we embrace the darkness, we celebrate lighter & brighter days to come. This class is suitable for anyone who wishes to relax, release, renew and restore.
This special one off ' Winter Solstice' Restorative class is bookable with a 'Pay what you wish' scheme. I would like to thank you for your kind contribution and you can visit www.paypal.me/indyoga or pay to my bank if you already have the details. Monthly passes and class blocks are not available to use for this class.
Please try to be in a dimly lit room and if you are familiar with closing your eyes or blindfold then please bring this with you to use if you wish and are comfortable.
With as little noise reduction, music and outside distraction around you as possible, I appreciate this can be difficult in a shared household. Consider burning a candle if you have one, preferably unscented. Your room temperature should be comfortable for yourself where you are not too cold or too hot and concerned by your own body temperature changing.
Please have props available: blanket (s), bolster (or large, thick pillow) eye pillows or sand bags (if you have them) and blocks.
Please bring a treasured item or a photograph that is important to you from this year that made you smile, cry or laugh. Place this close to you on your mat around your heart or head.
