Our last class of 2022, a Winter Solstice Restorative Yoga Special. This class is suitable for beginners and all levels as modifications are offered. We focus on Release, Letting go, Calm Down, Slow Down and Rest in this Restorative Yoga class. Let us hold the pose, find stillness and be held and supported by your props. Please have a bolster, thick pillows, blankets, strap and blocks handy. Be in a quiet, dimly lit room were you are warm and will not be disturbed for 75 mins.

You are able to make a booking up to 1 hour before class start time. Please choose the payment options provided, bank transfer is preferable, and credit card payment is available. You are able to cancel a booking up to 6hrs before class start time. However, if you cancel within 6 hours notice then the full class fee is payable.

These classes will be live-streamed via Zoom. Please download the app and you will be sent an email with a weblink 30 minutes before class starts to log in.
