We focus on alignment in strengthening & releasing asana, using breath control through fluid movement and meditation and finding flow state on and off the mat.

You are able to make a booking up to 1 hour before class start time. Please choose the payment options provided, bank transfer is preferable, and Credit card payment is available. You are able to cancel a booking up to 6hrs before class start time. However, if you cancel within 6 hours notice then the full class fee is payable.

Join us online on Tuesday 27 September at 18:30 for a Grounding Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra special. A 75min sequence suitable for all levels of practitioner, as modifications are offered, to welcome the autumn equinox and harvest time. We focus on the three principles of Yin Yoga: Hold the pose, find stillness and work towards your edge; finding flow state on and off the mat. Please have all of your props handy; bolsters/thick pillows/cushions, blocks, yoga strap or belt (non-stretchy), blankets and eye pillows.

Bringing various styles of movement together including Hatha & Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Restorative, Stretch & Release, Body Conditioning and Relaxation.
