70min Full Moon Yin Yoga - to let go, slow down and rest the mind and body

A full length 70min Yin Yoga practice to celebrate and welcome the full moon energy. To allow your mind and body to slow down at this time and to let go and release what does not serve you. To not do too much, and allow yourself to surrender to what you need most. A practice that introduces the breathing technique of nadi shodana, hips and pelvis practice and sacral postures with longer holds.

Using props as you need either blocks, thick pillows or a bolster. This practice is appropriate for all levels, and if you have not done Yin yoga before take it slowly to get in to these postures using your props and gravity. There is no need to force, just give in!
