A full length 75min Yin Yoga sequence to boost self esteem, confidence and self-assurance, by balancing the meridian lines of the kidney and bladder.

Our target areas are inner thighs, hamstrings and spine and 2 blocks and a bolster are handy for the practice.

The postures are held for a number of minutes so please allow gravity to take you deeper in to the posture rather then go too deep too soon.
