A full length 70min Hatha Yoga sequence with sun salutations as a warm up. This practice follows the Sivananda 12 basic postures starting from the crown of the head and moving to the feet with a journey down the spine.

Listen to your body and hear what it has to say and pay particular attention to your spine with inner awareness of presence.

No props are needed for this practice, but a block and strap could be handy should there be any postures you struggle to fill space or take the foot in the peak pose of Dancer posture.
