A full length 60min Hatha Yoga sequence introducing the 12 basic asana of the Sivananda 12. I have used Surya Namaskar in this practice to warm up the body.

Take the practice as it comes to you in your practice or on the day, choosing modifications as necessary, there are headstands and shoulder stands in this practice, please be advised if you have head and neck injuries.

There are no props needed.
