A full length 60min Slow and stretchy sequence for the toes, ankles, knees, legs and hips. To help find release from tight joints and connective tissue, this is not Yin Yoga, but a way of finding calm and slow down in moments of challenge when holding a posture for a longer period to find your edge and range of motion.
