Efi Chatzopoulou
Hi, I’m Efi - yoga teacher, researcher and mum of two.
What initially got me into yoga was a curiosity to move in new ways and to keep fit. But what I found was so much more than that. After many years of practice, yoga helped me find calm and heal from anxiety and chronic digestive issues.
After 20 years of practice I trained in Hatha & Restorative yoga at Bristol School of Yoga and also in Yoga for digestion at Yoga Campus.
I’m now delighted to be able to share this amazing practice with others, who I hope are going to find the same love and enthusiasm for it as so many others have.
Whether you’re already into yoga or someone who’s just reluctantly giving it a go for the first time, I create a space where you can show up as you are, move how you need, and maybe even surprise yourself along the way.
No need to be able to reach your toes or stand on your head.
My classes are mostly about connection. Connecting movement with breath, mind with body and us with our own selves.
Expect thoughtful sequences, clear instruction, and a reminder that yoga isn’t about perfect poses—it’s about being present.
Let’s move, breathe, and not take ourselves too seriously.
Every body is very welcome.
