Bruce Turner

Bruce Turner is a Taiji and Qigong Instructor with 25 years training, a family student of Grandmaster Dr Shen, and certified instructor with the Buqi institute. Certifications include: martial arts instructor (Taiji 37 and Taiji 13); self healing instructor (Taijiwuxigong) and Buqi therapy practitioner. He also is a PhD researcher in Biomechanics, which helps to embed ancient principles with modern life, and provides a more stable scientific basis. Flowstates is a class designed to optimise health, to find greater freedom physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically.

Description

Flowstates is a new activity for cultivating health, wellbeing and happiness.

Health optimising systems will be practiced, facilitated by an experienced, qualified instructor. Based on core Taiji and Chi Gong principles

Health benefits include: Easing back pain; Strengthening the spine; Improved mental health; General joint maintenance, optimisation and flexibility; Improved body systems - circulation, cadiovascular, respiratory, metabolism, digestion, more responsive nervous system; More energy - more life!

Instructor (Bruce) combines 25 years Tai Chi training with a PhD in Biomechanics, helping to apply an ancient system to the modern world. Beginners welcome, all ages. Open to all.
