Hello! I’m Sylvia – a Bristol based Pilates teacher and personal trainer specializing in pregnancy and postnatal Pilates and Pilates for the older adult. With 15 years teaching experience, I work holistically with you to where you want to be.

Description

This Mixed ability mat Pilates class will take you from beginner to intermediate, with adaptions offered when needed. We will work on moving from our deepest core, mindfully connected to breath, flowing through different planes of movement. Pilates will improve strength, flexibility, joint mobility, posture, and so much more! This class is informed by the classic Pilates repertoire, and also taking a contemporary evolved approach. Come as you are, enjoy a fun class, and over time enjoy the benefits that a regular Pilates practice will bring.
