I’m a somatic, energy and nervous system practitioner based in Bristol, and I’ve been doing this work since 2020. I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with an ACC credential and over 1,000 hours of client work, and a 200-hour Kundalini yoga teacher. I’m also trained in Access Bars, Holosomatic Energy Therapy, EFT and NLP.

I work with people who are tired of holding it all together. Most of them don’t need more advice. They need somewhere safe to slow down and come back to their bodies. That’s what I try to create, whether it’s in a one-to-one session, a women’s circle, or an evening like this one.

My sessions are gentle, trauma-informed and neurodivergent-informed. I’ll never push you, and you’re always in charge of your own experience.
