New to Pilates? No problem! Start here and learn the basics to create a solid foundation. Learn how to connect to your core and align your spine with a focus on form and functional movement that will help strengthen your body and mind.

Light weights and other props like balls and blocks may be used. Weights are always optional.

Suitable for all levels though some experience with Pilates foundations will be beneficial.

Ready to challenge yourself with more intermediate moves? This class will focus on progressions to advance your Pilates practice. Get ready to align, strengthen, sculpt, and feel the burn.

Modifications are welcome and cued, please always meet yourself where you are at.

Three or five pound weights and other props such as balls and blocks will be used.
