This strength-focused class is designed to build power through intentional movement. Expect steady, controlled sequences that target the legs and upper body, helping you develop stability, endurance, and confidence in your practice.
Ema’s teaching style allows you to move with purpose while staying connected to your breath.
Class will gradually wind down into a grounding, slower finish, giving your nervous system space to reset before you step back into your day.
All levels welcome. Modifications and options will be offered.
