Larissa Giers
Larissa grew up in Germany and has spent most of her life in Italy. Her purpose is to extend joy, wellbeing, and transformative experiences through healing sound frequencies. She facilitates the recreation of balance and alchemy within the inner and outer spaces that surround us. In addition to a lifelong yoga practice, she has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and advanced-level training in sound healing with alchemy crystal bowls. She currently hosts private events and retreats, guiding people through journeys of sound, nature, and the vibrational power of food. Her personal set of alchemy singing bowls resonates at 528 Hz—the frequency of love.
