Nadia Farahani
Nadia Farahani is an Italian–Iranian healer, teacher, and therapist specializing in yoga, breathwork, indigenous medicine, and flower therapy. She is the founder of Lunaria Institute ETS, a cultural association dedicated to women’s wellbeing and cyclical health through educational programs, workshops, and retreats in Italy and abroad. A former Aurovilian resident, Nadia is now based in Assisi, Umbria — the City of Peace, where she offers sessions, workshops, and retreats that weave together body, nature, and spirit.
Her work integrates traditional and contemporary healing practices to create spaces of awareness, transformation, and reconnection with the intelligence of life.
