The Fall Series begins 9/20 and ends 12/20. There will not be class on 11/20 for Thanksgiving Recess

Get ready for a playful yoga adventure! Kids will dive into imaginative stories and fun activities while practicing balance and breathwork through exciting yoga poses. With the help of props like stuffed animals, parachutes, and delightful essential oils, children will learn to interact with their peers, develop spatial awareness, boost self-confidence, and so much more. It's a joyful journey where they'll have a blast, feel a sense of achievement, and leave relaxed and happy!

The Fall Series begins on 9/14 and ends on 12/14 with a built in make up class. There is no class Thanksgiving Weekend, 11/30.

Kids today are zooming through a whirlwind of school, video games, sports, and more. But what if we could give them a break and some awesome tools for everyday life? In our fun and engaging yoga class, kids will stretch, bend, and twist through exciting yoga poses, boosting their strength, flexibility, and coordination. They'll also discover cool breathing and visualization techniques that help them relax, focus, and find their inner calm. With every session, they'll feel more energized, confident, and super happy!

In this engaging yoga class, yogis will discover new pathways to their creativity, exercising our bodies, minds and hearts. Classes will focus on using the principles we learn from yoga and mindfulness to play and create something new. We will work with both our hands and our minds, from making traditional arts and crafts to designing new games and activities.
