Babies are natural yogis—and so are curious toddlers and preschoolers! This playful class welcomes little ones from 16 weeks through preschool age to explore movement, music, and mindfulness with their grown-ups. We’ll focus on age-appropriate milestones with gentle yoga poses to aid digestion, support brain development, and build strength and coordination. Using fun props, songs, and games, older movers will practice balance, body awareness, and core strength—all while having fun and bonding with their caregivers. Yoga for Tweens is a fun and empowering adventure! It’s more than just exercise—it’s a journey to discovering confidence, independence, and their unique voices. Each session is packed with fun yoga poses, exciting games, and calming breathwork, all designed to help them tackle daily challenges with a smile. They’ll learn to focus, slow down, and balance life’s ups and downs in a healthy, positive way.

Each session is tailored to your child’s age, energy, and needs, making it a joyful and enriching experience!

This all levels class is a wonderful option for those that are new to yoga and those who are looking for a deeper connection with their body, mind, and spirit.
