Sophie has finely crafted her expertise by completing the Hot Yoga Teacher Training Course at Hot Yoga Malta. In addition to being a mindfulness coach, she is certified in integrative somatic trauma therapy and is an avid student of therapeutic yoga through embodylab.

About Valérie
Valérie started her Yoga journey in Paris in 2012 under the guidance of Amanda Dates. Moved then to Malaysia in 2014 where She completed a 450 H Teacher Training Course in Hatha Yoga.
She then started teaching in various studios in Kuala Lumpur for 6 years while continuing practicing Ashtanga and Hatha yoga.
While still living in Asia She travelled to Mysore, India to consolidate her Ashtanga practice and further her understanding in Yoga Anatomy and Philosophy.
In 2020 She moved to Malta where She is on a continuing mission of personal study and, aspiring to create a community of Ashtanga students.
