Kaiulani is a 200 hr Hatha Yoga YTT graduate from Yoga Farm Ithaca, in Ithaca, NY. They have been teaching/subbing since 2021 and a student of yoga since 2012. They are a Yoga Alliance Member. They have practice in Yin, Yin& Yang, Vinyasa, Hatha, Nidra, and Restorative practices. They are also trained in the Usui lineage of Reiki and are both in person and distance trained. They live with their partner, and two cats.

Opis

This class begins with a brief sharing of yoga philosophy which is interwoven throughout the class, allowing the student to understand the holistic science of yoga and bring this awareness into their everyday lives. Through the combination of asana (physical postures) and pranayama (breath work), we prepare the body for the deeper spiritual practice of meditation.
