Description
Move with your breath in this dynamic and energizing yoga class. Active Vinyasa focuses on linking breath to movement, creating a flowing sequence of poses that strengthen the body, increase flexibility, and calm the mind. With continued movement from one pose to the next, this class builds heat, improves strength, balance, and enhances focus as you move with intention and rhythm.
Class will wind down with deep stretches and finish with a blissful Savasana to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and recharged. Whether you're looking to increase your energy and flexibility, find inner peace, or improve overall well-being, this class is the perfect way to connect mind, body, and breath.
At One Soul, we believe yoga is for everybody and you do not have to be “bendy” or “stretchy” to practice. Our studio and instructors are from a trauma-informed lineage, which means we lead classes that nurture and challenge you in a safe and non-judgmental way. Variations of poses are given in each class to make our classes accessible regardless if you are new to yoga or more experienced. Our yoga studio is intentionally free of mirrors, encouraging you to focus on how your practice feels rather than how it appears. Your mat is your personal sanctuary, a space to connect with yourself and your journey.

Description
It’s back—it’s the same Candlelight Immersion class you know and love but for 8 weeks (10/13 to 12/1) each class will focus on a different chakra, or energetic system in the body. Join us for a transformative journey through the chakras in DeAnna’s Candlelight Immersion Chakra Series starting Tuesday, October 13 at 8 pm. Each week, we focus on a different chakra, combining the power of yoga and sound healing to bring balance and harmony to your energy centers.
The series will conclude on December 1 with a chakra meditation and full chakra sound bath. We will use gentle yoga stretching, meditation and sound healing (such as the ocean drum, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks) to open the body’s subtle energy and encourage the release of blockages. Allow yourself to find peace, harmony and balance within.
Each class is dedicated to one of the seven chakras, starting from the Root Chakra and moving up to the Crown Chakra. We will explore the unique qualities and functions, mudras and bija mantra of each chakra, aiming to unblock and balance your energy flow. We will then move to a gentle chakra-specific yoga sequence and after immerse in a soothing sound healing session.
Join us on this holistic journey to balance your energy, enhance your well-being, and discover the healing power of sound and movement. This class is appropriate for all levels. Attend one or all. $15/class or included with pass or punch card.

Get ready to move, strengthen, and flow in Active Yoga, a dynamic Vinyasa-based class designed to build strength, stamina, and balance through mindful movement and intentional breath. This class incorporates fluid sequences and powerful poses that challenge the body while enhancing mental focus and coordination.
Active Yoga is a practice that emphasizes movement, strength, and connection, offering benefits such as improved flexibility, increased endurance, better posture, and heightened body awareness. It's a perfect way to build resilience, relieve stress, and energize your body and mind.
The class concludes with a calming Savasana, allowing you to integrate the physical and mental benefits of your practice while finding deep relaxation. Step off your mat feeling strong, focused, and revitalized.
Emma teaches active Vinyasa twice a week on Tuesday mornings at 8:30 and Thursday evenings at 6.

Description
Join our new morning class Friday Yin on the Wall at 8:30 am to help end your week with calm and begin your weekend with clarity.
Slide into the weekend with this unique and deeply grounding yin yoga class that uses the wall as your greatest prop for support, release, and surrender. Perfect for all levels, Yin on the Wall invites you to melt into longer-held, floor-based poses using the wall to gently open the hips, legs, spine, and nervous system.
This class is designed to ease tension in the low back, hips, and legs, support lymphatic flow and circulation, calm the mind and regulate the nervous system and invite deep stillness, breath awareness, and inner quiet
Yin poses are held for 3–5 minutes, fully supported, as gravity and the wall do the work. It’s the perfect reset button after a busy week and a loving gift to your body before the weekend begins. You’ll see the benefits in increased flexibility, deep fascia release, stress relief, better sleep and a grounded, peaceful start to your weekend.
April along with rotating instructors will lead this class each Friday morning. All levels are welcome to attend.

Description
Every moment offers an opportunity to begin again.
Join Michele at One Soul Yoga each Sunday evening at 5:00 pm for a nurturing meditation practice designed to help you release the stress of the week, quiet the constant chatter of the mind, and reconnect with the present moment. When faced with daily distractions and stressors, a consistent meditation practice offers a pathway back to stillness, clarity, and inner peace.
Each one-hour class will explore a variety of meditation techniques, including breath awareness, mindfulness, guided meditation and other contemplative practices. Whether you are brand new to meditation or have an established practice, you will discover accessible tools to help cultivate presence, reduce stress, improve focus, and calm the "monkey mind."
This class is less about achieving a perfectly quiet mind and more about learning to meet yourself with awareness, compassion, and curiosity—again and again.
Come as you are. Begin where you are. And remember that each breath is a chance to start fresh. No experience is necessary. All are welcome.

Rachel Finney
Rachel (CYT 500) began practicing yoga in 2014 at Brick House Yoga in Sulphur Springs. She was training for a half-marathon at the time and wanted to use yoga to prevent injury and aid in stress relief to reduce migraine headaches. While a yoga practice was perfect for both of these goals, she found so much more on the mat. Without a doubt, the yoga mat is the first place she has ever experienced complete non-judgment. It is where she learned self-acceptance, presence and stillness--and it is where she started a journey of self-discovery that continues today. In short, yoga changed her life. She holds additional certification in Restorative, Yin and Trauma Informed Yoga and has a special interest in teaching body-positive classes and classes geared for beginners.
Description
Restorative + Yoga Nidra is now being offered every Sunday at 6 pm with Rachel.
End your week by slowing down, turning inward, and giving your body and mind permission to truly rest.
This deeply relaxing class combines Restorative + Yoga Nidra, offering two complementary practices designed to support relaxation, ease tension, and help you shift out of the busyness of everyday life.
The first half of class is Restorative Yoga which is a gentle, supported practice using props to comfortably hold nourishing poses for longer periods of time. With little to no muscular effort, the body is given space to soften, release tension, and settle into a state of deep rest.
The second half is Yoga Nidra, often described as “yogic sleep.” You’ll be guided through a systematic practice of awareness while resting comfortably on your mat. Yoga Nidra encourages deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation while allowing the mind to settle and become quiet.
Together, these practices create a beautiful opportunity to unwind the nervous system, release the week, and reconnect with a sense of calm and ease. No experience with either practice is necessary. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and let yourself rest.
Come breathe. Come soften. Come rest.
