Jasmine is a Roanoke, Virginia native, Certified Reiki Energy Practitioner, Sound Healer, and Herbalist with three years of experience in facilitating sound healing experiences. Her work is deeply rooted in her own healing journey and her commitment to living a more holistic, intentional life.

Her path into sound healing began through her own healing journey and a desire to cultivate a deeper ancestral connection beyond traditional spiritual practices. As she explored her own inner-child healing, she began to understand the importance of slowing down, turning inward, and reconnecting with herself on a deeper level. Along the way, she discovered the transformative power of sound, meditation, energy work, and simply creating intentional space to be present. She believes healing is not about fixing who we are, but remembering who we’ve always been.
