Sunday Showcase is a weekly workshop-style class where one of our wonderful Rosieglo teachers shares a topic they're passionate about. Each session is unique, giving you the opportunity to explore different styles of yoga, movement, breathwork and wellbeing in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Themes may include mobility, strength, balance, restorative yoga, meditation, fascia release, yoga philosophy, specialist workshops and much more. It's a chance to deepen your practice, discover something new and experience the unique skills and teaching styles of our fantastic team.
