Description
Join us for Pregnancy Yoga – supporting you during your pregnancy and preparing for your baby’s arrival.
Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for years, or you’ve never practiced yoga before, this class is for you.
Pregnancy Yoga is a nourishing, gentle practice which offers you space to both maintain your strength and mobility, but also take time to relax and have an hour completely for yourself.
Each week we explore various movements, postures, breathing practices, and optional pelvic floor exercises. These warm, welcoming classes include both active and restorative practices, encouraging you to keep moving throughout your pregnancy in a safe and beneficial way, but also allowing space for rest.
You’re welcome to join at any stage in your pregnancy journey from 14+ weeks.
At Rosieglo our Pregnancy Yoga classes are taught by practising midwife Maria Convery so you can be sure you’re in good hands.
We provide mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets to ensure you are completely comfortable and can take some proper time to nestle and relaaax.
