During aerial yoga, the body is supported and carried by the hammock. The hammock allows you to challenge your body in different ways and to improve your body tone allowing you to slump more in the asanas. You will experience how to play differently with gravity, allowing you to experience a better
and deeper effect of the yoga postures.
