The Recovery Sanctuary | Restore. Regulate. Rebuild. | $55

Description
Thursday nights are dedicated to recovery.
The Recovery Sanctuary is a structured combination of recovery-focused yoga followed by deep rest in our Sound Lounge, designed to support active bodies and steady nervous systems.
Recovery Yoga
This is not a general flow class. Recovery Yoga is intentionally designed for tight hips, stiff backs, heavy legs and overworked shoulders. We focus on intelligent mobility, strength balance, joint support and breathwork to help the body release tension, improve movement quality and reduce injury risk. Ideal for those training hard, working long hours, or simply noticing that recovery takes longer than it used to.
Restore in the Sound Lounge
After movement, we transition into guided rest in our Sound Lounge. Here, immersive sound and gentle guidance allow the nervous system to fully downshift. This is where deeper recovery happens, supporting sleep quality, muscle repair and overall regulation. You simply lie back, switch off and let the body integrate the work.
The Recovery Sanctuary includes both Recovery Yoga and Restore in the Sound Lounge as one complete experience.
Each session may also be attended separately if preferred, and your discounted rate of $55 available when booking the full evening.
Book Recovery Yoga or Deep Rest Sound Lounge via those classes on the timetable if you only want to attend one of those sessions.
For those wanting consistency and deeper results, a 4-Week Recovery Sanctuary Series is available for committed booking for $200.
Move well. Rest deeply. Recover fully.

Description
This 45-minute Japa Meditation class is a gentle yet powerful way to experience another limb of yoga through sound, repetition, and stillness.
Japa meditation is the practice of silently or softly repeating mantras (sacred sound vibrations) using 108 mala beads. Each bead anchors the mind, drawing awareness away from distraction and into presence. The mantras we chant will vary from week to week, chosen intuitively to align with the energetic quality of the day.
The class will begin with guided mantra chanting using japa mala beads, allowing the vibration of sound to build and settle within the body. From there, we will move into a period of quiet sitting, resting in the resonance created by the practice and allowing the nervous system to soften into stillness and silence.
This is a beautiful opportunity to:
• Explore meditation as a living, embodied form of yoga
• Calm the mind and steady the nervous system
• Connect with sound, breath, and subtle energy
• Deepen your personal practice beyond physical postures
You do not need any prior experience with chanting or meditation. Chairs are available if sitting on the floor is not comfortable, and you are welcome to practice in a way that feels supportive for your body.
If you don’t have your own mala beads, sandalwood japa mala beads will be available for purchase at the studio.
This class is ideal if you’re curious about meditation, seeking more inner quiet, or longing for a practice that feels devotional, grounding, and deeply nourishing.
