A Tibetan form of moving meditation. The postures are simple and some are accompanied with a specific breathing practice, the aim is to observe the changing nature of the mind as different sensations arise within the body. The class begins and ends with a short seated meditation.
This primary series class is led and demonstrated. Full primary series with modifications and alternatives offered. This is both energising and calming. A perfect class for early evening release of energy and restoring balance to the mind and body.
