Description
A Hatha style yoga practice that builds strength and stability in the body with slow mindful movements incorporating Mudras. A Mudra is a hand gesture or seal used in yoga, which channel the flow of prana life force. Each class leads to a deeper intention for mindfulness through Mudras and breath work. Students can take each class separately or join the full 4-week series to grow their yoga practice.
