Elizabeth is an energy rejuvenator - here to serve as a healing spark for wellness, vitality, and inspiration for students. With 200-hour certifications in both Vinyasa and Kundalini Yogas (plus lots of practice and study) she weaves decades of experience into her approachable classes. Practice with Elizabeth leans toward the energetic side of the yoga world – seeking to stretch and strengthen the body while liberating and soothing the mind and spirit. Her energetic journey began in 1998 at a tiny yoga studio near the UT Austin campus and that one experience was the gateway to a lifetime of healing, curiosity, and discovery. Now, her life passion is to help others experience their most radiant Selves through the power of their divine mind-body connection. Elizabeth has nearly 1,000 hours in Yoga Certifications, is a Level 3 Reiki Master, is a licensed healer & therapist (craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and energy healing), and has her BA in Literature from UT Austin. She looks forward to seeing you in the studio!
Description
Vibrant Vinyasa is a moderate to challenging, energizing flow designed to build heat, strength, and focus while keeping the practice playful and engaging. Expect creative sequencing and interesting postures that challenge both body and mind, with smooth transitions that keep you moving and breathing together. We’ll work steadily, explore new shapes, and cultivate strength - then slow it all down with plenty of time to unwind, stretch, and reset. Set to fun, feel-good music inspired by my Austin, TX roots, this class is equal parts sweat, soul, and savasana.

Christiana Gaied
Christiana has been practicing yoga for several years, but it wasn’t until a deeply transitional period living in New York City that her practice truly became a source of grounding and healing. What began as a physical outlet evolved into something much more - a space to breathe, process emotions, and reconnect with her truest self. Inspired to explore yoga philosophy further, Christiana completed her 200 RYT through Yoga Renew in Hoboken, NJ. For her, teaching has become a natural extension of her personal journey - a way to hold space for others as they explore the layers of their own practice. She believes yoga isn’t always comfortable, and that’s often where the transformation begins. To her, yoga is a reminder of our innate connection to Mother Earth - how, like nature, we move through seasons of change, stillness, and growth.
Description
This class takes yogis through classic postures such as the warriors, chair pose, twists, balances and stretches. While still offering the classic elements of a vinyasa flow, there is less emphasis on the more demanding yoga poses such as high to low plank. Come in for a challenge--just at a gentler pace than a classic vinyasa or power flow class.

Running and swimming competitively for years, teaching elementary school, and chasing my 3 young kids around led me to my first yoga class about 10 years ago. I was constantly on the go and not very present for myself or those around me. Something in me kept bringing me back to my mat. I was beginning to become more aware of how yoga was the magic connection of the mind, body, and soul. Meditative breath work, focusing on strengthening postures, and enjoying the benefits of a restful savasana taught me how to steady myself on and off the mat. I kept going to yoga classes because I felt a shift after each class and I wanted and needed to keep feeling good! I was eager to deepen my practice and knowledge even further, therefore I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 and have been teaching all levels vinyasa flow yoga ever since! In addition to teaching adults yoga, I am also a certified children's yoga instructor. I love guiding people of all ages on their yoga journeys and meeting them wherever they are at on their mats!
Description
This all levels vinyasa class will encompass strengthening, balancing, and meditative postures while connecting breath to movement. Modifications for poses will be offered for more of a challenge or for more support throughout our 60 minute class. You'll feel stronger, steadier, and better equipped to dial down the noise of life, on and off your mat!

I have lived in West Roxbury for nearly 15 years, and I love the area as well as surrounding neighborhoods. My love for yoga began at a little studio in West Roxbury called, ‘Yoga for You’, a Bikram studio. I loved the classes, the heat, the instructors, and the community it created. Many years later after being introduced to a Vinyasa style of yoga I quickly became interested in this brand new (to me) style of yoga! My certification began as a quest to learn more about the practice as well as to one day teach it.

Yoga has been a steady support in my life since graduating college in the late 90s. I began my journey with more athletic forms of yoga, including Bikram and heated Vinyasa. Over time, as I moved through different stages of life, from pregnancy to being a new mom and now into midlife, my practice has naturally shifted and evolved to include more restorative practices. My teaching emphasizes mental and emotional balance as much as bringing physical comfort to your body. When I am not teaching, I work one on one with clients in my private yoga therapy practice in J.P.
My love for learning has led me to many certifications over the past 20 years, including a 200-hour YTT from YogaSpirit Studios in 2005, 500-hour YTT from Barbara Benagh, and a 600-hour Yoga Therapy certification from Phoenix Rising in 2020. Additional certifications include Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy Training, Thai Yoga Massage, Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, The Art of Assists, Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, and Reiki Level 1.
Description
In this class, you will be led through a series of long-held poses using a variety of props to support your body’s comfort. This practice is very slow with a lot of stillness. By holding poses for approximately 5 minutes each, you have the opportunity to cultivate deep relaxation. Restorative yoga centers breath, presence, and healing the nervous system. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience.

No longer a student-athlete, she recognized years ago that yoga is much more than a supplement to competitive sports and training. As such, she decided to deepen her commitment to her yoga practice, which led to her completing 200-hour teacher training in February 2024.
Description
This class offers a dynamic yet meditative approach to yoga, combining the strength-building aspects of a traditional flow with the mindfulness of multiple breaths per posture. Designed for those seeking a deeper connection to their practice, it emphasizes intentional movement, breath awareness, and precise alignment. Begin with grounding through the breath and setting your intention, followed by a gentle warm-up to prepare the body. Sequences include yoga postures held for extended periods, allowing for deeper exploration of alignment and muscle engagement. Transitions are deliberate, fostering a sense of control and presence.
