Hannah O'Hare
Hannah is an Art Therapist and Yoga Teacher passionate about creating calm, supportive spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through movement, creativity, and mindfulness. Her approach is gentle, grounding, and centred around helping people feel safe, present, and nourished in both body and mind.
She began practicing yoga in her early 20s, but her connection to the practice deepened while living in Asia, where she became increasingly drawn to the philosophy and energetics of yoga. What began as a physical practice gradually evolved into a way of living, shaping how she relates to herself, others, and the world around her. This journey eventually led her to India, where she began her yoga teacher training and continued exploring different approaches to healing, mindfulness, and embodied practice.
With a background in Fine Art and Art Therapy, Hannah brings a creative and therapeutic perspective to her teaching, alongside training in Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Energetics, Reiki, and Mindfulness-Based CBT. She aims to offer practices that encourage self-awareness, balance, and a deeper connection between body and mind.
Her classes are especially supportive for those seeking stress relief, emotional balance, grounding, or a gentler approach to movement and wellbeing.
