Originally from Brazil, Shama is the founder of Heart Space Yoga & Therapies based in East Cork. With an extensive experience in spiritual practices and profound realizations, Shama is dedicated to creating heart centered nurturing spaces for profound healing and transformation. Her passion lies in supporting individuals to re connect with their innate heart wisdom and truth, the source within through authentic, gentle and direct energy work infused with light and divine love.

Description

Kundalini Yoga, known as the Yoga of Awareness, focusses on awakening your life force energy through specific kriyas (sets of postures). It's designed to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, and expand consciousness.

These classes combine movement, breathwork, meditation, mantras, and relaxation, creating an immersive experience for all levels.

Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Kundalini Yoga is accessible to all.
