Psychotherapist in Training

Lauren Figge is a clinical intern pursuing her Masters in Counseling, grounded in a holistic, person-centered approach to mental health. She emphasizes authenticity, energy alignment, and self-exploration in her work, supporting clients in recognizing personal limits while expanding their sense of self.

Lauren is especially interested in working with individuals navigating grief and trauma, and is committed to serving neurodivergent clients, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those with disabilities. Her inclusive and compassionate approach fosters a safe, affirming space for healing and growth.
