Yogalates consists of 40 different poses that range from easy to more challenging. By engaging various muscle groups at the same time, these poses increase your strength, especially around your core and lower back.

Both Yoga and Pilates enhance flexibility. So just imagine having them both combined! The poses in class engage your arms, legs, neck and back for a workout that targets and stretches your entire body.

Join us for a postnatal session with your baby! Our classes for mothers & babies are informal, friendly, and offer a supportive space in which it's easier to bond and interact with your baby.
You can restore and strengthen your body, have fun with other mums while working on rehabilitation of the pelvis region.
Tami’s class encourages you to find a deeper physical awareness, assisting in the prevention of back pain whilst feeding, carrying and lifting your baby.
Don't forget to bring:
- Your yoga mat
- A large towel/blanket for your baby.

Experience inversions and balance poses that are usually off limits to anyone except the most experience yogis. There is no better feeling that being in monkey pose, looking at the world from upside down - perfect for seeing new perspectives :-)
If you are new to Aerial Yoga, we recommend you sign up to our Aerial Yoga Basics Workshop (check out the weekly schedule for the next date).

In Aerial yoga voor kinderen tussen de 7 en 12 jaar oud, wordt fantasie eindelijk werkelijkheid; gewichtloos vliegen door de lucht als een superheld. Kinderen leren om veilig in de doeken te zwaaien, salto’s te maken, ondersteboven te hangen en oefenen met andere acrobatische kunstjes.
Yin Yang energie in de doeken
Aerial yoga draait om spelen in de doeken en het versterken van kracht, flexibiliteit, concentratie en balans. Af en toe is er ook wat lef nodig om iets nieuws uit te proberen. Het opdoen van nieuwe ervaringen en het aanvoelen van eigen grenzen in de doeken zorgt voor een enorme boost in het zelfvertrouwen. Naast sportieve acrobatische truckjes is er ook tijd om naar binnen te keren door middel van kalmerende technieken en ligt de focus op een rustige ademhaling.
Reeks van 6 lessen
Speciaal voor kinderen tussen de 7 en 12 jaar heeft Womanhood Studio een reeks van 6 avontuurlijke lessen ontwikkeld. In de reeks gaan we aan de slag met de kunst van het vliegen in de doeken. Alle lessen uit deze reeks staan met elkaar in verbinding. Het is een onwijs leuke manier om mindful te bewegen en te werken aan meer zelfvertrouwen. Blije gezichtje gegarandeerd!

De lessen worden elke dinsdag om 16.00 uur verzorgd en duren 45 minuten:

Huisregels
In deze reeks is er ruimte voor negen superhelden die willen duiken in de fantasiewereld van vliegen in de doeken. Om voldoende persoonlijke aandacht te schenken, de bewegingsruimte te stimuleren en de veiligheid te kunnen waarborgen is er gekozen voor een beperkt aantal plekken. We trainen op blote voeten en dragen strakke kleding die de oksels bedekken. Het dragen van knoopjes en/of ritsen kan de doeken beschadigen. Daarnaast is het aan te raden om een uur voorafgaand aan de les niet te eten of te drinken in verband met het zwaaien in de doeken.
Annuleren
Graag willen we mindful bewegen in groepsverband stimuleren omdat het bijdraagt aan het vergroten van het zelfvertrouwen, de sociale vaardigheden en het enthousiasme van kinderen. Om deze reden vinden we het belangrijk om de continuïteit van de groep te waarborgen, waardoor we helaas geen inhaalsessie of restitutie kunnen aanbieden. Mocht jouw kind zich onverhoopt niet lekker voelen of om een andere reden de les missen, vinden we dat natuurlijk wel prettig om te weten.

Wobbel yoga is een avontuurlijke en vrolijke les voor onze jongste yogi’s tussen de 3 en 6 jaar oud (maximale lengte 160 cm). De les is gebaseerd op het gebruik van de Wobbel, een balansbord, speciaal ontwikkeld voor het vergoten van het lichaamsbewustzijn van de allerkleinste yogi’s.
Door wobbel yoga wordt er op een leuke en speelse manier gewerkt aan balans en coördinatie en daarmee het zelfvertrouwen van kinderen. Naast inspanning is er op de Wobbel ook ruimte voor ontspanning. De minfdul bewegingen op het bord zorgen voor rust en de creatieve geest van de jonge yogi wordt gestimuleerd door fijne verhalen, avontuurlijke illustraties, ontspannende muziek en zelf knutselen op de Wobbel.
Reeks van 6 lessen
Speciaal voor de allerkleinste yogi’s heeft Womanhood Studio een reeks van 6 lessen ontwikkeld. Elke wobbelyogales staat in het teken van een ander thema en wordt er gewerkt met natuurelementen, zoals de aarde, dieren en de vier verschillende seizoenen. In deze thema’s staat de wereld om ons heen staat centraal, zodat de kleine yogi’s hier al op jonge leeftijd op spelende wijze hun eigen plek in deze wereld kunnen vinden. Alle lessen uit deze reeks staan met elkaar in verbinding en staan in het teken van groei en avontuur, aan het einde van de reeks straalt ieder kind plezier uit!

In deze reeks is er ruimte voor acht enthousiaste mini yogi’s die klaar zijn om de wereld te ontdekken. Om de bewegingsruimte te stimuleren en de veiligheid te kunnen waarborgen is er gekozen voor een beperkt aantal plekken. Wobbelen gebeurt op blote voeten. De kinderen gaan zelfstandig, maar onder zorgzame begeleiding, aan de slag. Het is daarom fijn dat jouw kind zich comfortabel genoeg voelt om te wobbelen zonder papa en mama in de buurt.

In deze reeks is er ruimte voor acht enthousiaste mini yogi’s die klaar zijn om de wereld te ontdekken. Om de bewegingsruimte te stimuleren en de veiligheid te kunnen waarborgen is er gekozen voor een beperkt aantal plekken. Wobbelen gebeurt op blote voeten. De kinderen gaan zelfstandig, maar onder zorgzame begeleiding, aan de slag. Het is daarom fijn dat jouw kind zich comfortabel genoeg voelt om te wobbelen zonder papa en mama in de buurt.
Annuleren
Graag willen we mindful bewegen in groepsverband stimuleren omdat het bijdraagt aan het vergroten van het zelfvertrouwen, de sociale vaardigheden en het enthousiasme van kinderen. Om deze reden vinden we het belangrijk om de continuïteit van de groep te waarborgen, waardoor we helaas geen inhaalsessie of restitutie kunnen aanbieden. Mocht jouw kind onverhoopt zich niet lekker voelen of om een andere reden de les missen, vinden we dat natuurlijk wel prettig om te weten.

During our Prenatal Aerial yoga classes, we use the Yoga sling (or hammock) to prepare for birth by removing pressure from the body, releasing tension and building strength and flexibility.
Your changing body and needs will be discussed between poses. There are no difficult or acrobatic poses during this class - only movements that are both gentle and safe for you and your baby.
The Yoga sling is another tool for preparing your mind, body, emotions and spirit for birth. You will learn how to:
- Listen to your body and stay true to yourself in every moment
- Be present
- Be kind to yourself
- Use the breath to ground and connect to your inner calm
At the end of the class there is a guided meditation and savasana in the Yoga sling, enabling you to melt away tension and connect with the sense of weightlessness. You will feel like you’ve exercised in a safe, conscious and effective manner.
No previous Aerial Yoga or Pilates experience required. All stages of pregnancy are welcome. If you have any pregnancy complains please let the teacher know.

- If you wish to swap your class from in-studio to online, you must do this via MomoYoga.
- If you have a Womanhood Unlimited Class Pass and fail to show up or cancel in time, you will be invoiced for the price of the class.

- You will receive an automatic email from MomoYoga 45 minutes before the start time with all the details to join the Zoom call.

Come and experience deep stretches and mindful movement in our yoga hammocks. The hammocks offer full support so that you can sink into poses you may never have tried before. But don’t worry - you don’t need any previous aerial yoga experience for this class. In fact, all levels are welcome.
You will be guided through a series of restorative poses, but also exercises that strengthen your core while helping your muscles let go of tension, ending with a moment of relaxation - being cocooned and completely supported in the sling in Savasana (which feels so good that many of our yoginis don’t want to leave!). Whether you have experienced aerial yoga or have never tried it before, we know you will love the relaxing meditative energy of our Fly Low class.
The benefits:
- Deep stretches that invite you to be in the present moment
- Deep tissue massage from the pressure of the yoga sling
- Restorative poses for grounding and relaxing
- Feel completely cocooned and supported in the yoga sling
Extra info:
- Bring warm socks or an extra sweater fo Savasana.
- We advise that you do not eat or drink for at least an hour before the class.
- Class will be given in English and Dutch.

Experience inversions and balance poses that are usually off limits to anyone except the most experience yogis. There is no better feeling that being in monkey pose, looking at the world from upside down - perfect for seeing new perspectives :-)
