Le Yin Yoga est une pratique lente, ancrée et méditative qui vous invite à vous relâcher profondément dans l’immobilité. Les postures sont tenues passivement pendant plusieurs minutes, principalement assis ou allongé, afin de laisser le temps d’accéder aux couches profondes des fascias et tissus conjonctifs.
Plutôt que de développer la force musculaire ou de générer de la chaleur, le Yin encourage l’inverse : le rafraîchissement, le lâcher-prise et l’écoute intérieure. Dans chaque posture, vous êtes guidé·e à rester connecté·e à votre respiration, à observer les sensations et à relâcher en douceur les tensions — physiques comme émotionnelles.

Viresh, a dedicated yoga instructor from Karnataka, India, brings the depth and authenticity of traditional Indian yoga to Switzerland. His teaching is rooted in the same practices and values he cultivated during his years of training in India, offering students a grounded and holistic approach to yoga.
Specializing in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yogalates, Hip Mobility, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra, Viresh creates classes that balance strength, awareness, and inner calm. He is also a certified massage therapist, offering therapeutic bodywork as a complementary path to physical and emotional well-being. He moved to Switzerland in 2022 and co-founded Yogic Spirits in January 2023, a yoga space dedicated to making traditional, heart-centered yoga accessible and inclusive for all. He is also the president of YamaYoga Association.
He is currently pursuing both his Master’s and PhD degree in Yoga with the Bodhi School of Yoga, continuing to deepen his knowledge and refine his practice. Beyond the mat, Viresh is a passionate and talented cook, known for his delicious Ayurvedic and yogic Indian cuisine. Through his food, stories, and teachings, he invites students to explore the deeper connections between yoga, culture, nourishment, and mindful living.
