This mixed abilities, level 1-2 class compliments the flowing yoga classes and has been added to the schedule due to it's popularity.
Following a specific sequence of 12 key postures, this class focuses on "being" in the postures, rather than a lot of "flow" between the poses. Variations of the key postures add variety and adaptability.
Pranayama (breathing techniques) + either relaxation or meditation will be led in these sessions
Inversions are practiced (gentler alternatives are also offered)

Vinyasa Flow will continue to run at 930am on Saturday mornings
Yoga Alfresco on Sunday mornings 930am is an outdoor HATHA FLOW class
Both Vinyasa & Hatha Flow during the summer are open level classes
** If you want more energetic & sweaty ** that's Saturday's Vinyasa
** If you want calmer, invigorating session ** that's the Sunday vibe

Private classes area a great way to learn, about yoga, about your body and your breath. An opportunity to build your practice, your knowledge by asking question, receiving hands on adjustments and flowing through a class that is 100% about you.
There is not perfect time to try a private class, it could be your first class, to build confidence before you try a group class. It could be after practicing for a month, or even after years of practice.
Whatever your reasons, talk to Tanya about having her create a class that is tailored specifically to you, your body, your needs and goals!
Book a starter series of 3 or 4 x weekly Yoga Sessions at a regular time slot.
The first session will be up to 75 minutes
Subsequent sessions will last 60 minutes

You will be warmly welcomed, in these uncomplicated, open-hearted, friendly, outdoor sessions held throughout the warmer months (May - October)
BYO Mat or earth yourself on the grass.

If you are parking or walking through the car park entrance on Sandringham Road KT4 8UH
...follow the path, up the hill... First you'll pass the playground and then the outdoor gym equipment on your left... keep walking up.
If you are walking from 51 Sparrow Farm Road, Epsom KT17 2LR, follow down the path.
You'll see a quiet clearing where the ground levels out, and 3 trees grouped together.
Part sun & part shade. That's where we'll be ;-)
