This yoga class is suitable for anyone with mobility disability which may be the result of a stroke, arthritis, injuries, neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s, sensory motor issues, severe osteoporosis, heart conditions, and/or other chronic health challenges. The yoga class will be taught 100% seated in a chair fo those unable to attend a floor mat based class.
Please note: Alternative options will be given to those attending class who'd prefer to practise Gentle Hatha yoga on a mat.

Linda came to yoga over 20 years ago while seeking a kinder way to care for her body after many years of ballet training. What she discovered was not only physical relief, but a practice that offered steadiness, perspective and support through all stages of life.
Becoming a yoga teacher had long been a quiet dream, which she finally followed while on maternity leave. Today, Linda specialises in pre- and postnatal yoga, chair yoga for seniors, and yin and restorative practices.
Her classes are gentle, calm and nurturing, with a focus on breath, mindful movement, rest and stillness. Linda creates a welcoming space where students are encouraged to slow down, listen inwardly and cultivate self-compassion, comfort and ease — both on and off the mat.

Hi I'm Bronika, Studio Owner/ Yoga Teacher most people call me Bron. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 13 years, helping me stay grounded through life’s ups and downs. That experience led me to deepen my practice through teacher training, where I realised there was a need for a more practical, down-to-earth approach to yoga.
I teach Classical Hatha with a focus on stability and clarity. My classes provide a solid foundation for all levels, whether you’re a total beginner, returning to movement after an injury, or an experienced student looking for a steady, intentional practice to build physical confidence.
I don’t believe yoga needs to be complicated or performative to be effective. Instead, I focus on the essentials: mindful movement and the breath. Gentle Hatha is a foundational practice that focuses on the classical alignment of postures (Asana) and the deliberate control of breath (Pranayama). Unlike faster-paced styles, this class prioritises quality of movement over quantity. We move through a sequence of standing, seated, and reclining poses at a measured pace, allowing time for the body to settle and the mind to focus on the subtleties of each movement.
