適合從來未接觸過空中瑜伽和沒有恒常運動習慣的學員，導師會細心解釋每個基本式子，會利用懸垂的絹布，藉助地心引力與布的螺旋力，使平時難以完成的瑜伽動作變得較輕鬆，幫助學員建立對練習空中瑜伽的信心和習慣。提升身體的協調感與肌力。配合呼吸以改善體態的不平衡，令身體獲得深層的舒展與釋放緊繃壓力。

***不建議患有高低血壓、心臟病、青光眼、腎上腺、耳水不平衡人士和孕婦參與此課堂，適逢生理期學員亦應避免倒掛的練習。

手平衡是瑜伽練習中重要的一環，是邁向高階練習之路。眾多瑜伽式子均需依靠手平衝的力量，例如烏鴉式 Crow Pose、八角手平衡Eight Angle Pose ，草蜢式Grasshopper Pose等等。練習倒立式子來手平衡更是不容忽視的基本功。

手平衡建立在肌力腹部核心基礎上，配合呼吸、及適度的伸展才能完成。課程內容會集中教授手平衡的基礎、不同肌肉的運用及練習不同手平衡式子。除了式子上的追求外，練習手平衡更可為你帶來更細緻的手臂線條。

導師會因應不同同學的需要調整教學內容，適合初學者或有意改善手平衡的學員。

此課堂需穿著普通襪子，課堂混合 Pilates (普拉提) 及 Barre (芭蕾) 兩大運動並配搭sliding 練習加強平衡、專注力以及肌肉控制，以塑型訓練為主。

Barre (芭蕾) 可提升身體肌力與靈活度，也能很好的訓練耐力、提升平衡感和肢體活動範圍。Barre 有許多動作需要腹肌與背肌的穩定，幫助塑出結實、線條感更強的身體曲線。

備註：學生需穿著乾淨襪子上課。
