MOVEMENT and MOBILITY ONLINE class on Zoom - For the modern body in modern day life (please arrive 5mins before to get settled)
Please have a large thick cushion or pillow or bolster handy as well as a yoga strap or belt that does not stretch.
Cancellation is within 6hrs of class to avoid being charged.
Bringing various styles of functional movement together including Hatha & Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Restorative, Stretch & Release, Body Conditioning and Relaxation. These classes are suitable for beginners and all levels who wish to find the following benefits from a mid-week session in a relaxed and welcoming community.
- improve flexibility, joint mobility and balance
- gain greater body awareness and promote better posture
- reduce stress, anxiety and improve overall mental health
