Family Yoga gives caregivers, children and siblings the opportunity for a healthy interaction in a class that will include appropriate poses for all ages, breathing exercises, partner poses and relaxation. Prepare to laugh a lot, explore fun shapes with your kids and increase family bonds.

Babies can do yoga too? Yes! in fact, babies are natural Yogis! In this class, we'll focus on the important milestones for babies. We'll work on yoga poses to bond caregivers with babies, aid in digestion, brain development, crossing the midline and more.

Appropriate for 6 weeks through new walkers

Energize & Flow is a dynamic, energizing yoga class designed for adults looking to build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. This 60-minute class combines fluid movements with breath synchronization to create a seamless sequence of postures that invigorates the body and calms the mind. You'll move through a series of standing, balancing, and seated poses that challenge your endurance and enhance your focus. Each flow is carefully crafted to promote cardiovascular health, improve muscle tone, and increase flexibility. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, Energize & Flow offers a balanced approach that leaves you feeling empowered, centered, and refreshed.

A blend of yin & restorative yoga, deep stretching, and meditation. Slow paced 60 minute class in a room set to 80 degrees designed to relax and rejuvenate the mind and body. Asanas will target connective tissue throughout the body. Each asana will be held for 2-5 minutes to create a natural stretch. Focus will be placed on slow and steady breathing while in asana to create a relaxed mind and spirit. This class is suitable for the beginner yogi or a seasoned practitioner

Get ready to move, groove, and giggle with your little one! This class is designed for toddlers and their caregivers to explore the joys of movement together. Using playful music and fun props, your child will build balance, body awareness, and core strength—all while having a blast! It’s a heartwarming chance to bond with your little superstar as you both engage your mind, body, spirit, and maybe even your inner child. Perfect for seasoned walkers up to age 3, this class promises a nurturing and joyful experience for you and your tiny adventurer!
