Join us for a grounding four-week series that blends Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga to inspire growth, stability, and resilience during times of constant change. Each week focuses on a different theme—Honesty, Compassion & Self-Forgiveness, Interdependence & Self-Responsibility, and Positive Creative Action—supported by intentional asanas designed to gently expand your capacity for more. We’ll also take a few minutes before or after class for optional reflection and check-ins. By the end of the series, you’ll feel more connected, centered, and equipped to cultivate a healthier relationship with yourself and everything around you.
Raquel Genae Flores is a certified RYT in Kundalini yoga. Her approach is to use creativity to encourage the exploration of movement. She has been practicing yoga for 7 years now and teaches a fusion of Kundalini and Vinyasa. She shares yoga as a way of being, seeing, and harmonizing with our true nature. Raquel specializes in mobility, wellness, and nervous system regulation. With simplicity, care, and consistency; you become a source of nourishment for all.
