We use resistance bands to give a little extra oomph, and always find time to settle with a nourishing restorative yoga pose giving you a moment of glorious relaxation to recharge.

We take time to settle the breath and create a rhythm which guides us through a whole body warm up and throughout the practise. We create a glorious slow flow with strong holds, long stretches and twists along the way - perfect for getting you out of your head and helping to build muscle tone and bone density. Suitable for all, this is a gentle flow class to get the body moving, wake up the mind and ease you into the week.
We take our time warming up, move into a simple standing sequence and spend lots of time on our seated stretches to reinvigorate tired legs and achy backs.
We finish with a few minutes of chill out time and guided relaxation.

An accessible and uplifting exercise method combining Pilates mat work to build strength and aid functional movement, with regenerative Yoga to benefit your whole system.
We use resistance bands to give a little extra oomph, and always find time to settle with a nourishing restorative yoga pose giving you a moment of glorious relaxation to recharge.
Suitable for beginners and those with a little experience so long as you can get up and down from the mat.

We build into some wonderfully meditative movement, working with your rhythm, then end with a lovely long yin & grounding savasana to leave you with that post yoga glow. We use yoga to help develop your bond between parent and child and a healthy and playful way.
45 mins of yoga with the option to stay and have a chat and a cuppa.
Suitable once Mum has been cleared by their GP at the 6 week postnatal check.

Join us in the studio or over zoom for Pregnancy Yoga – supporting you during your pregnancy and preparing for your baby’s arrival.
Whether you’ve been practising yoga for years, or you’ve never practised yoga before, this class is for you.
Pregnancy Yoga is a nourishing, gentle practice which offers you space to both maintain your strength and mobility, but also take time to relax and have an hour completely for yourself.
Each week we explore various movements, postures, breathing practices, and optional pelvic floor exercises. These warm, welcoming classes include both active practices and restorative practices, encouraging you to keep moving throughout your pregnancy in a safe and beneficial way, but also allowing space for rest.
You’re welcome to join at any stage in your pregnancy journey from 14+ weeks.
At Rosieglo our Pregnancy Yoga classes are LGBTQIA+ inclusive so classes are gender neutral. If your birthing partner also wants to join you and take part in the class they are welcome to book on!
If you join us in the studio - mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets are provided. If you’re joining over zoom, please ensure you have a yoga mat and plenty of large cushions and blankets handy to support your practice.
