I’m Beatriz, a 27 year old Portuguese yoga teacher and an eternal student of the practice. I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, sharing a mindful approach that reflects my own journey on and off the mat.
My path with yoga has taken me across the world—from living in Australia to India, where I completed my 200-hour teacher training, and to Sri Lanka, a place that deeply inspired me along the way.
I felt called to return to Portugal to reconnect with my roots and bring everything I’ve learned back home. In my classes I like to create a space that feels open, supportive, and expressive where you also meet silence and reflection.
Teaching yoga is something I truly love—it allows me to connect with others in a meaningful way while continuously learning about myself and the people I meet.
