Hi, I’m Francesca, a professional pole dancer, circus performer and flexibility coach with over 9 years of teaching experience. My classes are influenced by my background in pole, handstands, acrobatics and contemporary movement, combining technique with a playful and curious approach to flexibility and mobility.

A fun and progressive class for anyone who wants to build the foundations of a handstand whether you're completely new to handstands or looking to improve your existing practice.
We will work on the essential elements of a strong and controlled handstand: wrist and shoulder preparation, core strength, body alignment, balance and weight shifting.
Through accessible drills, conditioning exercises and progressive handstand techniques, you will learn how to approach the handstand safely and develop the strength and confidence needed to progress.
The class is suitable for complete beginners you don't need to be able to hold a handstand to join!
