Julie McNulty
Julie has been practicing yoga since 2008, when she purchased a VHS tape of Ali McGraw doing yoga in the desert. In 2010, she took her first Bikram Yoga class. She started to notice that her sleep improved, some aches and pains were disappearing and tension headaches were gone. Overall, she felt much better physically and mentally. She earned her 200 hr. YTT in 2017, and in 2018, became certified in Yin and Restorative Yoga, and Divine Sleep ® Yoga Nidra with Jennifer Reis.
Julie believes our breath is our fuel and can help us into the posture, generate more life energy to carry us through the class, and through the rest of our day!
