Full Body Restorative with Relaxation Massage

Description
This is a fully supported Restorative Yoga class with the added benefit of massage. With a focus on releasing tension in the body and mind, you will be fully supported on the mat with the use of yoga props, blankets and calming music. In addition to the supported positions of the body, Katie Pratt, LMT will be offering light touch massage around the scalp, face, neck, and shoulder areas. This massage technique uses gentle/light pressure that helps release trapped energy and assists with the restoration of the body's natural balance. This technique paired with essential oils will be used to help promote relaxation and positive emotional well-being. This session will feel indulgent and spa-like, allowing you to find the space of knowing within you. Jenny Leake with lead a restorative practice as Katie Pratt provides gentle massage techniques for a full relaxation experience.
