Vinyasa I is a class that links the body and mind through movement. We will work through a flowing sequence of poses that will leave you with increased strength, mobility and flexibility. This class is held in a heated room.

This class is exclusive to the The Yoga Booth. A series class designed to introduce yoga to those who want to build a foundation for a lifetime yoga practice. This four class session will provide students with a basic understanding of breath work, physical poses, yoga props, meditation and mindfulness. Completion of this series will prepare you for most other yoga classes. Class size is limited to allow for plenty of time for one on one assistance. This is a 60 minute class.

Vinyasa I is a class that links the body and mind through movement. Sandy will lead you through a flowing sequence of poses that will increase mobility and flexibility. This class is held in a heated room.

This is a Hatha style yoga practice that builds strength and stability in the body with slow mindful movement. Students will find deep release as poses are held for longer periods to release deep muscle tension. This class will provide a deep stretching sensation leading to better sleep and reduced stress.

This class will start with a short session of meditative breath work or pranayama lead by certified breath work coach, Britney Iannantuono. Using the awareness techniques of guided meditation and focused breathing, students will find a calming presence within. This session is followed by a full restorative class that will renew you through passive stretching while the vibrational qualities of ancient instruments of sound healing surround you. Sound has been used throughout history as a healing practice for the body, mind and spirit. In ancient writings, it’s said that the entire cosmic creation began with sound, and therefore, sound frequencies bring our own cells back into total harmony with all of creation. The cleansing sound of singing bowls along with the deep vibrations of the gong can promote deep rest, relaxation and improved sleep.Jan Holbein will lead you in restorative yoga as Dawn Tonneman creates the immersive sound bath surrounding you.
