The Intermediate Class is a 75 minute silent infrared practice offered as a natural progression from The Morning Class. This class is designed for students who are familiar with the full series and ready to practice with greater independence and focus.

The class moves once through Tammy’s adaptation of the Original Hot Yoga 26/2 series with minimal verbal guidance, supported by music and subtle cues. Posture holds are longer, savasanas are shorter, and the emphasis shifts inward toward breath, pacing, and presence.

This is not a teaching class, and it is not yet the full advanced practice. It serves as a steady bridge for practitioners developing strength, stamina, and confidence in a quieter container.

Best suited for students with a consistent foundational practice who are ready to deepen their experience with intention and discipline.

The Advanced Class • Silent Series

90 Minutes · Silent Infrared Practice

Description
The Evening Advanced Class is a 90 minute silent infrared practice guided through Tammy’s adaptation of the Original Hot Yoga 26/2 series. This class is offered as a deep, focused space for experienced practitioners who are comfortable practicing with minimal verbal guidance.

The practice moves slowly and deliberately through two sets of each posture, with longer holds and shorter savasanas. Verbal cues are sparse, allowing students to listen inward, work with discernment, and stay present with breath, sensation, and effort. Adjustments are minimal and self directed.

This is not a class for learning the series. It is a steady, immersive practice for those who already know it well and are ready to meet it with quiet strength and attention.

This class is best suited for students with a consistent 26/2 practice who value depth, discipline, and a calm, uninterrupted container.
